Every keepsake you order from us is made especially for you. For this reason, personalized items require a little more time than standard products.

 

Once we receive your order, we take the necessary time to design and craft your keepsake. Processing time for personalized items is typically 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

 

The subsequent shipping time depends on your destination and will be shown to you at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with the relevant tracking information.
