Every piece we create for you is made individually according to your specifications – including your companion's photo, name, and date. For this reason, personalized items are excluded from exchange and return and are considered a final sale.

 

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a solution – whether through a correction, a replacement, or a refund.

 

Please carefully check all details (name, photo, date) before completing your order, as these form the basis for the individual production.
